• Accept Payments for: Tax and Water / Waste Water Accounts, City Invoices and OHRP Loans
• Point Of Sale for:
  • Garbage Bag Tags
  • Dog and Cat Licences
  • Municipal Parking Lot Passes.
    (Only available at Owen Sound Police Service as of Dec. 24th 2011.)

• Accept Pledged Donations To Our Bayshore Community Centre Renovation Fund
• Issue Statement Of Accounts To Municipal Taxpayers (if required)
• Administer Parking Meter Hood Rentals
  (Only available at Owen Sound Police Service as of Dec. 24th 2011.)

• Offer Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plans: Tax Instalment Only or Monthly Budget Plan
• Respond to General, Tax & Water/Waste Water Inquiries
• Process:
  • Applications For Section 357/358 Tax Adjustments
  • Vacancy Tax Rebates on vacant Commercial & Industrial Properties
  • Assessment Review Board Decisions
  • Minutes Of Settlements that Taxpayers have successfully negotiated with MPAC
• Liaison City Responses to Formal Property Inquiry Requests
• Direct Tax Bills to Taxpayers’ Mortgage Companies (if requested)

Water / Waste Water Billing

• Issue Water/Waste Water Bills
• Maintain & Administer Water/Waste Water Accounts
• Respond to Billing Inquiries (in person or over the telephone)
• Process Clients’ Moving Information (final billings/new accounts)
• Offer Water / Waste Water Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plan
